But beyond the cozy corners of my life, I’m a Certified Executive Coach, Master Trainer, and Self-Leadership Expert who’s spent over 15 years coaching, training, and mentoring professional women across corporate Canada and around the world.

A Breast Cancer Diagnosis Was My Wake-Up Call
There was a time when I was living on autopilot—settling for less, wearing a mask, and calling it success. Life was robotic. I was buried in material things, caught in draining friendships, stuck in a job I hated, and playing roles others prescribed for me. I looked put together on the outside, but inside, my soul was empty.
It wasn’t until my breast cancer diagnosis that I was cracked open—to my truth, my desires, and my need for MORE. My healing journey forced me to ask:
“If these were my last days, could I say I lived my MORE?”
The answer was no.
That moment changed everything. I stopped living for others and started designing a life that reflected my deepest values—one rooted in freedom, purpose, passion, and peace. I left behind the mask, the people-pleasing, and the fear of judgment.
And I realised something powerful: When you stop settling for less, you create space for MORE.
